The innovative 450ml thermal mug has an unique neoprene outer sleeve (removable), that makes it very comfortable to hold and offers excellent insulation to keep drinks hot for longer.

The removable neoprene sleeve is 2mm thick and is printed as pictured.
The neoprene sleeve edges have been reinforced with stitching for durability and elegance. The sleeve can be removed to clean the mug.
The colour of the sleeve is black.

Strong and lightweight stainless steel travel mug. The travel mug has a double wall stainless steel inner.
The lid has a slide open/close spout so it is spill proof - see picture #2.

  • All orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes - we are unable to ship to P.O boxes.  All orders must be delivered to a physical address.
  • FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders to Australia, NZ, USA & the UK.
  • We currently ship to NZ, AU, USA & the UK.
  • Express Shipping is available and is calculated on checkout.

  • Most items are printed within your own Country.
  • For items made outside of your country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Through th Milky Way is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Covid interuptions - sometimes due to situations out of our control.  Covid interuptions which can be Country specific, may cause  a delay with your orders.
  • Tracking - when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@throughthemilkyway.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

DELIVERY

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order and an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.  You may need to check your spam/junk folder if you are unable to locate these emails in your inbox.

Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to physical addresses.


I am sending this as a gift. What information will be sent with the item.

Prices are not disclosed.

We know you don’t want your recipient to see the price, so we don’t dispatch any orders with prices. You will receive an invoice to your designated email after you have submitted your order.

Alternatively, you can login to your account and view your orders and invoices there.


Can I send the gift directly to the recipient? Will they know it’s from me?

If you'd like to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the delivery address in the checkout, and we'll post the item to their house.

We are unable to provide a gift note with the items ordered.  However we can provide you with a electronic gift note that you can forward on to the recipient.


I gave you the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

Mistakes can happen! If you wish to change the delivery address help us help you by getting in touch with our Customer Support heroes as soon as possible so they can intervene before the order is processed.

Unfortunately, if your order has gone too far into the production process - we are unable to change the address.


I ordered a few products but I’ve only received some of them; where are my other gifts?

If you have purchased multiple items and have only received part of your order don't panic! Our products are printed by our professional print partners located around the globe. We dispatch all items directly to you.

We try to consolidate as many products into the same delivery as possible but if an item is at another warehouse or takes longer to personalise we will send the items in separate parcels to save you waiting any longer then you have to.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA & the UK.

PERSONALISATION AND MISTAKES


I’ve made a mistake with my order; can I change it?

It’s okay. We are human too and mistakes happen, but time is of the essence here.

We will try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we are not able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production.

Please make contact asap via email  and we will check on the progress of your order.


Can you gift wrap the product for me?

Unfortunately we are unable to gift wrap your personalised gifts.
